The staff at West Way Nissan Aldershot were good because they listened and offered recommendations that fitted my requirements. The sales rep was patient and understanding. As my previous car was serviced here and the service was excellent, I had no qualms about buying a car from this dealership.

My experience at West Way Nissan Aldershot could have been better because the preparation of the car could have been improved. The service indicators hadn’t been reset, this took two subsequent visits to the dealer to resolve. There was a stone chip that the dealer had agreed to touch up - they did this with the wrong colour paint, which then required a further visit to them so they could respay the bumper to rectify as they had done such a poor job of the touch up in the first place!
